There is a need of following a skincare routine for everyone. You need to treat your skin properly. Following just some steps do not work for healthy skin. There should be a queue of steps that need to be followed in every season. Otherwise, your skin would face a lot of skin problems. The most common skin issues are acne, pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, wrinkles, dandruff, and aging. Thus it is important to follow a proper skincare routine to avoid itchy, rough, dry, and oily skin. The causes behind emerging skin problems are climate change, pollution, global warming, poor eating habits, lack of water intake, poor health care, and no skincare. Here are some skincare steps to follow in every season.
1. Cleansing and Exfoliating
It is important to cleanse your skin almost three times a day. Cleanse your face with a suitable product according to your skin type in the morning, at night, and after exercise. Take care of your current skin type. In winter if your skin is dry, use a cleanser for dry skin. And in the summer season, use a cleanser to avoid the oil-free product to protect the skin from any harm. Also, it is necessary to exfoliate the impurities from the dead skin cells two days a week. Use a scrub for exfoliation skin accordingly.
2. Apply Toner and Face Serums
Use toner and serums to give your skin hydration. Even in summer, winter, or any season, it is necessary to use serums like; vitamins C, E, and B. They will take off all the bacterial impurities from the dead skin cells and give skin space to feel fresh. They will not only hydrate skin but also give an even tone and glow.
3. Use Sunscreen in every season
Sunscreen is a very vital product to use. It forms a protective layer on the outer surface of your skin to avoid any skin problems in every season. The Ultra Violet radiation from the sun causes many skin problems. Thus you need to protect your skin from it. Also try to renew your sunscreen after every two hours.
4. Use Moisturizer in all season
Moisturizers are made to give your skin softness and avoid irritation. It is really important to apply moisturizer according to your skin type. In the summer season, dry moisturizer helps to avoid excess oil production. Whereas in winter, oil type moisturizers will keep your dry skin smooth.
