Skin Rashes Is A Trouble? Causes And Solutions

Skin rashes are not one they are a diverse kind of skin allergies. However they appear on different body parts. The main reason behind skin rashes is the change in weather, contact with a chemical item, or other medical reasons. The person feels itchiness, scratches, and redness on the skin due to these allergies. Scratching and rubbing can give you relief but it will be temporary. The rashes can go even worse if not treated on time. We have come across some of the causes of these skin problems and their solutions to keep you aware.

1. Common kinds of rashes and their cause

  • Dermatitis is a common skin rash problem. It can be caused due to contact with any chemical or irritating substance like; dish wash soaps and detergents. They appear on the skin after some time and form redness. They may or maybe not be itchy but form crusty bumps on the legs, hands, and feet.
  • Eczema is very frequent in children. Kind before the age of 10 or 12 may get these rashes on hands, neck, and shoulders. They look like a burn and form redness on the skin.  They are itchy and scary but we can treat them permanently.
  • Ringworm is also the itchiest form of a rash. They can loom on different parts of the body except in any specific place. They look rounded, red, and edgy. They form patches on the skin which initiate irritation and prickling.
  • Chickenpox is a universal type of skin rash. They spread through contact or due to medical conditions. They appear in clusters that are filled with pus. They form on the whole body and create redness and itchiness.  

2. What are the solutions to prevent them?

  • Prevent hot baths and try to shower with cold water. You can use an ice and cold water bottle too and compress the skin with that regularly. These cold techniques lessen the redness, itchiness, and swelling of rashes.
  • Stay in a cold place to prevent irritation. The more it becomes itchy the more you wanted to touch them. This is why you should stay in an air-conditioned place and not go out in sun to avoid irritation.
  • Use home remedies to treat skin rashes at home. You can use coconut oil, tea tree oil, and Aloe Vera gel to massage the skin to reduce redness and itchiness.
  • See a dermatologist in the need of an hour. You can treat specific rashes at home but when you don’t know their type and treatment, it is time to see a doctor. No action on time can lead to severe problems.
