- Prevent hot baths and try to shower with cold water. You can use an ice and cold water bottle too and compress the skin with that regularly. These cold techniques lessen the redness, itchiness, and swelling of rashes.
- Stay in a cold place to prevent irritation. The more it becomes itchy the more you wanted to touch them. This is why you should stay in an air-conditioned place and not go out in sun to avoid irritation.
- Use home remedies to treat skin rashes at home. You can use coconut oil, tea tree oil, and Aloe Vera gel to massage the skin to reduce redness and itchiness.
- See a dermatologist in the need of an hour. You can treat specific rashes at home but when you don’t know their type and treatment, it is time to see a doctor. No action on time can lead to severe problems.
