How To Deal With Dark Circles Around Eyes

You must have got people’s comments on dark circles under or around your eyes. They are very common nowadays. They cause due by stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, dehydration, aging, allergies, and eyestrain due to excessive screen time. The blood vessel under your eyes is affected due to these issues and the skin gets darker in color. We also get dark circles all around the eyes instead of under the eyes. Thus to avoid people commenting on your skin and its health, you need to take care of it intelligently. To solve your problem, we have some ways to deal with dark circles for your whole life.

1. Use the Cold compress technique

Sometimes you feel fatigued and due to this, you do not sleep well. You feel puffiness and dark circles under your eyes. Reduce the use of a cold cloth or ice under your eyes to reduce them. This process will also remove bags under your eyes. Try this technique every morning for good results.

Do you know that after finishing your tea you can use tea bags on your eyes?  The caffeine in tea is an antioxidant, which helps in blood circulation in the vessel. Just take green tea or a black tea bag out from your cup and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Take the cold tea bag and put it under your eyes for 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat this process three to four times a week and see the difference.

3. Lessen your screen time

The young generation is always into their phones and laptops nowadays. And we see the dark circles on their eyes occasionally. The light radiation coming from electronic screens not only affects your eyesight but also strains your eyes. Thus do not use too much of devices and try to leave them for 1 hour before going to bed.

Applying different kinds of creams and treatments to your skin does not cure properly. You have to keep your body hydrated on daily basis. Dehydration or lack of water affects the blood vessel and form dark circles around the eyes. Thus try to drink a lot of healthy fruits and vegetable juices, milk, and water in your daily life to avoid these kinds of skin conditions.
